Hi, I’m Renay. As a holistic wellness practitioner, I bring a diverse set of skills to help you achieve optimal well-being in every aspect of your life. I am a certified hypnotherapist, nutrition expert, longevity coach, and specialist in sleep and stress management. My integrated approach is designed to address the intricate connections between mind, body, and lifestyle.

I've had my share of sleepless nights. It's not fun. When I was younger, I slept well. Once I hit midlife, my sleep patterns changed. I had trouble falling asleep and also started waking through the night. This made for miserable days! Can you relate?

After months and months of research and diving into the science behind sleep, I now understand why certain activities promote good quality sleep while others do not. I've learned there are so many reasons why we can't sleep well, and I want to share my results with you.

How much time commitment is required each day for the challenge?

You will receive a 5-10 minute video to watch every day, plus you will have a daily action. Expect to spend no more than 30 minutes a day (plus live Q&A session) to participate in this challenge.

Will I need any special equipment or materials to participate?

If you would like to attend the live Q&A session, you should have the ability to access the session via Zoom. All other materials will be provided.

Will there be opportunities for interaction or support from other participants?

Yes, via the live Q&A sessions and community forum.

How will I access the content and materials for each day of the challenge?

You will receive everything via email but can also access materials through your online portal.

Will I receive any resources or materials to continue improving my sleep after the challenge ends?

Yes, you will receive various guides, trackers, and journals to help you through the challenge. You can continue to use these after the challenge is complete.

Can I participate in the challenge if I have a busy schedule or limited availability?

Of course! All materials will be sent to you to access on your own time. You can watch the daily video whenever you have time. All live Q&A sessions will be recorded and can be watched on replay. If you can't start on day one, no problem! Start when you can. You will have access to all materials after the challenge is over.

Will the challenge offer personalized recommendations based on my sleep habits?

If you attend the live Q&A sessions, you can ask questions related to your specific circumstances. You may also reach out to me anytime during the challenge. You will also receive a 30-minute 1:1 coaching session.

You will receive a guide to help you track your progress throughout the challenge.

Why are you charging $7 for this challenge?

My goal is to help as many people as I can. When I've offered this challenge for free in the past, many people signed up but never participated. I believe charging a small fee helps you stay more accountable.
